Looking to the Future

2007/2008

Summer of 2007 we have planned a new outdoor ring 110 x 200 with a viewing area. As well as 3 new paddocks with shelters.

Coming in the Fall, a new 12 Stall Barn (08) with an attached Arena (08). available .  Seven Stalls will have private attached paddocks. The remaining 5 stalls will have daily group turnout included in their fee. As well in 2008/9 all fees will include Arena Access. The barn is planned with wide 12 foot aisles & roomy, airy 12 x 12  rubber matted stalls. We will have a heated tack & feed area as well as a separate wash stall with hot & cold running water.

There will be a job opportunity available for the right person , & a discounted stall for their horse will be included.

2008

In the works!!!!!

 A large arena is planned as Phase 2 of our expansion. We are looking at an arena 70 x120 with standing stalls at one end for tacking and grooming. As well as a heated viewing area facing the ring . The arena will have large doors on all 4 sides and windows down the length of the building on 3 sides for plenty of daylight and fresh air.

Access to the arena will be included with all board. Private rentals will be available for arena time upon completion.

We are currently in the process of completing our new 4-stall Stallion barn. It includes 10 x12 Hi-Qual stalls , a 10 foot aisle and a 25 x 30 foot Hay storage area with a 8 x 30 foot attached feed and tack area. Coming in 2006 there will be an attached 10 x 25 foot run-in.
